Overview

The Mysuru and Chamarajanagar District Co-Operative Central Bank was established in the year 1955, over the past 61 years since its inception, it has played vital role in the development of agricultural credit structure in the Mysuru and Chamarajanagar Districts of the state of Karnataka. The principal functions of the Bank are to finance short term loans for seasonal agriculture operations and lending for marketing of agriculture crops. At present, there are 1649 member societies with total share capital of Rs 5135.11 lakhs. Though advancement in the banking sphere was a challenge to the co-operatives, our Bank is fully under Core Banking System with RTGS/NEFT/ATM Services. The Mysuru and Chamarajanagar District Co-Operative Central Bank is servicing through its network of 31 Branches with the strength of 277 employees in its area of operation of 11 Taluks and offers all types of Banking Services to the Customers.

The bank is taking active participation in Government sponsored schemes such as PMSBY( Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana), JLG ( Joint Liability Group), SHG ( Self Help Group), SGSY (Swarnajayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana). The Management of the Bank is vested with Board of Directors consisting of 19 members under the president ship of Sri G.D HARISH and Vice President Sri. Sadananda.
